Our patterns can be downloaded by entering your email address and password and will be available in your My Account section. At the time of download, a pdf version will also automatically download on your device.

Yes! You can create your own unique pattern using our Stitch Your Photo functionality available here. Simply upload your desired photo and follow the instructions to customise the look and level. You will be recommended the appropriate thread along with your pattern. You can pay for the pattern on its own, but you will received the pattern free if you buy all the thread required to complete the pattern.

Our latest patterns provide all of the measurements you need to ensure a successful project. If you need more information, please contact our consumer care team and one of the team will get their tape measure out!

Every DMC pattern is checked to ensure success. However, we are human and very occasionally an error might slip through. If you've spotted one, please email our consumer care team with details of the design name and what you think is wrong. If the pattern is incorrect we'll adjust it and send you an update. If it's just proving a little tricky, we'll help you to understand and continue your project. Either way, we'll be really grateful because you'll be helping us to improve our patterns for all DMC customers.

If you already have a pattern, you can of course shop our yarn selection, simply ordering the quantity you need for your own pattern. You can also buy pattern books, needles, crochet hooks and accessories separately.
