DMC Percale is a closely woven plain-weave cotton fabric ideal for traditional hand embroidery and fine punch needle projects. Woven from very fine threads of high quality cotton.
About this product
Choosing a high quality fabric to embroider will show your needlework off at its best. The smooth, fine weave of percale provides the perfect foundation for your needlework. Percale is noticeably tighter and sturdier than most cotton fabrics, making it an excellent choice for punch needle projects too. For best results, keep the fabric taut in a hoop or frame as you stitch.
Care instructions: remember to take into account the care instructions for all threads and fabrics used in your project. DMC Percale can be washed at 40°C with mild detergent and pressed using a pressing cloth on heat setting 2.
