- How would you describe your style in three words?
Natural, Organic, and Peaceful
- How long have you been stitching for?
Just over 5 years now!
- What are your embroidery essentials?
A good pair of scissors, a good lamp/daylight and of course all the DMC Cotton Stranded threads!
- What inspires you?
My garden and nature. I especially love finding inspiration when I’m out on a dog walk!
- What’s your favorite stitch?
A French Knot for its effectiveness and ability to create texture.
- What’s your favorite piece of work?
Probably my Fritillary piece, I was really happy with the way that came out!
- How did you learn how to stitch?
I’m self taught so it was just a lot of research and time practicing. It’s part of the reason I have developed some of my own techniques that might not be traditionally ‘correct’ but work to create the art I make.
