    As COVID-19 continues to affect our communities, DMC is doing its best to prioritize the needs of our stitchers, crafters and makers.  In doing so, we also are taking great measures to ensure the safety of our workers. Below is important information on how the unprecedented events of COVID-19 will affect your orders: 

    Shipment Delays: 
    With fewer hands on deck, we've disabled next day shipping. Please note, due to overwhelming demand, mail carriers like USPS and UPS may also be experiencing delivery delays.

    Warehouse Safety:
    Every order is picked and packed with care in our New Jersey warehouse. This is the only warehouse in the USA that fulfils orders for DMC. It is critical for the welfare of our employees we follow safety and health regulations provided by our local health officials and the CDC. 

    We are operating with 10 people or less in our warehouse. All personnel are equipped with proper masks and gloves when preparing your order. Upon arrival, workers are temperature checked prior to beginning their shifts. We are also ensuring employees can carry out their duties while staying 6 feet apart. 

    We hope the art of needlework and craft is bringing you inspiration and hope during these uncertain times. DMC welcomes all feedback and concerns.     Shipping POLICY

    THE DMC CORPORATION SHIPPING POLICY

    We offer delivery within the continental U.S. and Canada. We are unable to ship to other international addresses.

    Orders over $30 will receive free shipping within the contiguous United States.
    Any promotional shipping offers are valid only for the contiguous United States and exclude Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

    For a limited time, DMC will offer free ground shipping on orders $10.00 or more. Offer ends December 3rd, 2020 at 11:59 PM EST.


    CANADA ORDERS:
    Canadian orders include a shipping and handling charge based on the dollar value. An additional $25.00 fee for orders under $85.00. Orders over $85 do not include the $25.00 fee. The DMC Corporation is not responsible for outside government and border-related fees. The customer is responsible to pay any tariff, duties, taxes or broker related fees.



    UPS SURE POST:
    Continental U.S. Orders include a Shipping & Handling charge based on the dollar value of your order and are shipped via UPS Sure Post. Estimated arrival is 5-7 business days following receipt of the order, if the item is in stock, and will be delivered by your local post office. Business days are Monday - Friday excluding holidays as determined by UPS.

     

    RUSH DELIVERY - UPS Next Day Air:
    Orders received by 12 noon EST can be shipped the same day for next-day delivery if the item is in stock. The Shipping & Handling charge for next day service is a flat fee of $25.00 Next Day service delivery is available on orders received Monday-Friday excluding holidays as determined by UPS.

    DELAYED PACKAGES:
    Once an order has left our facilities, DMC is no longer responsible for the package. Reasons for a delay include, but are not limited to, inclement weather, customs processing, changes in carrier schedule. Should this inconvenience occur, we encourage you to inquire with the shipment carrier.
