« Further to a request from DMC prior to the announcement of measures decided by the Paris Commercial Court (Tribunal de Commerce) for the receivership of DMC SA, Euronext has agreed to suspend trading in DMC shares on 23 April 2008.

Within the framework of these measures and at its request, DMC has been authorised to postpone holding its Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders convened to approve the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2007. The publication of the annual report 2007 is therefore postponed.

These different receivership measures should facilitate the implementation of appropriate solutions considering the economic constraints.”
