Our star product – the 6 Strands Embroidery Cotton Thread is available in 465 colors and we owe an image bank of more than 2 000 designs sold out by thousands over the world.

To support our expansion in Asia, we are looking for creative artists eager to co-develop some specific designs for the region that can fit with the local tastes.
为了可以更好地在亚洲市场蓬勃发展，我们正在寻找具有无限创造力，同时又具有传统名族文化造诣的设计师共同合作。
Description of the collaboration 合作细节描述
The artist will be in charge to create designs corresponding to the orientations & constraints given by DMC such as main theme, category of painting, elements, details of execution, choice of colors, size…
In some cases, the creation will be limited to a work of reinterpretation.
The designs that will not take into account the requirements will not be selected by DMC.
设计师需要根据DMC的要求来设计，同时对设计图的要求会有各个方面的约束，例如：主题，画的种类，细节处理，颜色，大小，等等。。。
有的时候，创作可能是基于一些对画的重新组合。
一旦DMC决定采用该新图，该设计效应才算成立。
Educational Background 学历背景要求
Graduated in Arts with ability to create or revise designs with Photoshop
Solid education with high knowledge of the fundamentals of the Chinese Arts & Culture and especially, the traditional Chinese Painting
美院毕业，能够熟练操作PS等绘图软件来修改设计画作。同时，对中国各类传统画都有一定的了解。
Skills in calligraphy will be a plus

Flexible – willingness to create designs by following a brief
时间方面弹性较大，可以随时跟进图的修改
Detailed – willingness to pay attention to all of the requirements and not only to the global effect
非常注重细节，而不单是画的整体效果
Patient – willingness to accept to revise the initial design until the final result fits with DMC expectations
有耐心对作品进行几次修改，以达到DMC要求的完美效果
Professional & Careful – willingness to provide with a high level of quality
Good communication skills
具有专业精神，认真负责的态度和积极有效的沟通

Copyrights of all the designs will remain the property of DMC
所有的设计完成后，版权归DMC所有
- Free lance, candidates with part-time job and students even not graduated yet, will be preferre d
自由职业或者兼职都可，在校学生可优先考虑
- A location in Shanghai or surroundings will be a plus but candidates from all regions will be considered
在上海或者其周边地区的应聘者将会优先考虑
- Fees per piece of design produced
