Marie de l'Ile takes her name from the beloved l'Ile de Yeu, where she loves to watch the mesmerising effects of light and shadow.

A graduate of the prestigious Academy des Beaux Arts, Marie has an expert eye for colours and form, and a interest in many different artforms.

Her designs are a blend of these influences, from drawing and painting to engraving and calligraphy, and of course, the l'Ile de Yeu.
